I am passionate about the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed and strive to consistently achieve the Standard for this breed. My main criteria for the breed is temperament, soundness and type. "Kalmara" is situated on a 5 acre property, in the picturesque village of Putorino, 40 minutes north of Napier in the sunny Hawkes Bay.

November 16th, 2011everywhere, big soft white blobs blowing in the wind, at times it looked like it was snowing. The girls tried chasing and catching it, quite funny to watch them looking for the pollen in the grass and trying to eat it !
